The concept design of 124 Wakefield Street aims to create a uniquely defined development that celebrates art, culture and exemplary architectural design with a community and family focus. The overall design yields a mixed use apartment building, predominately residential and ground floor retail activated streetscape and communal landscaped sky deck.
