Prime Space Projects has sold 124 Wakefield Street in March 2016. The site with planning approval for a mixed use residential tower was purchased by interstate investors.
Prime Space Projects’ concept design for 124 Wakefield Street included a focus on art, culture and exemplary architecture with a community and family focus.
The overall design yield was to be comprised of a mixed use apartment building, predominately residential, with ground floor retail activated streetscape and a communal landscaped sky deck.
