With an enviable record of delivering and leasing premium commercial office buildings within the Adelaide marketplace and experience in developing, designing and constructing Green Star office buildings, we value the importance of a collaborative delivery approach during the design and development phase and feel this has been key to our success in developing projects for pre-committed tenants.
Over the past nine years, the entities have:
- completed three of the five buildings in the Adelaide CBD to achieve a 5 Star Green Star rating or higher; 19 Gouger Street (Kambitsis Group), the Santos Headquarters and IAG Building (Kambitsis and Simon Chappel Groups);
- successfully negotiated the purchase of land from DefenceSA at Osborne, where Prime Space Projects was selected as the developer to construct two office buildings (in stage 1) associated with the Air Warfare Destroyer Project. Of these, the AWD Alliance Systems Centre achieved a 5 Star Green Star rating.
- Expanded its portfolio to include prominent commercial holdings in Brisbane and properties in the Gold Coast.
