Complex procurement methods and tight timeframes – the Group is highly experienced in the negotiations and documentation associated with construction of new buildings for major pre-committed tenants and the collaboration required to deliver a high specification integrated fitout for tenants.
Methodologies employed include staged handover for tenant fit-outs and landlord procurement of fitout. The Group’s successful record with major corporates such as IAG, Santos, Raytheon, ASC etc attests to the understanding of the accommodation drivers for these tenants and our ability to deliver a project that meets their corporate and social objectives within a viable timeframe and financial framework.
Early adopter of sustainability initiatives – in 2007 the National Santos Headquarters was the first Adelaide building to achieve a 5 star design and as-built Greenstar rating, since when the group has since delivered a number of others. The group has in depth experience in the design of activity based workplaces and state of the art of trip facilities, among other workplace trends and has now committed to a WELL rating for a CBD project.
