Built for pre-committed tenant Ezipark Pty Ltd, and now managed by Wilson Parking, Australia’s largest car parking operator, the 700 bay multi-level car park formed Stage 1 of Flinders Link and was completed in 2007. It is integrated with a commercial office space, with the top two levels of the IAG office building extending over the Flinders Link car park.
Incorporating modern design initiatives, the Flinders Link car park has proven to be highly sought after with its prime location, pedestrian walkway linking Flinders and Pirie Street and easy accessibility to the retail precinct of Adelaide’s Rundle Mall.
