Adelaide developer Prime Space Projects has continued expanding into southeast Queensland, paying more than $10.6 million for a property in Brisbane’s Fortitude Valley. The 2139 sqm site has two commercial buildings with the ability to develop up to 15 storeys. PSP says it will pursue opportunities in south-east Queensland.
